Franktown Fire Protection District proudly provides service to 155 square miles in unincorporated southeast Douglas County and has been doing so since 1963. Franktown Fire is governed by a five member board of directors and is a combination department consisting of both career and volunteer professionals.

 

Franktown Fire operates four stations that provide emergency services in fire suppression and emergency medical service including hospital transport. Franktown Fire also assists other county agencies with technical rescue, and hazardous materials response.
