HOME INSURANCE FIRE DEPARTMENT RATING

 

As of May 2016, Franktown Fire is to inform homeowners that it may be possible to lower your premiums. The department has improved its ISO rating for the area from a 5 to a 3 which could yield significant savings.

 

To qualify for an ISO rating of 3, please confirm that your residence is within five miles of any of our fire stations or adjacent neighboring stations. If your distance exceeds 5 miles from a fire station, your rating will be designated as a 10.
